If you believe any of the issues below fit your situation...
· Allegations that Heartland Bank did not evaluate your situation for foreclosure prevention alternatives according to the Servicing Guide or that you were inappropriately denied a foreclosure prevention alternative.
· Allegations of fraudulent servicing practices.
· Inappropriate initiation or failure to suspend foreclosure actions in violation of the Servicing Guide.
· Complaints threatening litigation.
· Violation of Fannie Mae policy time frames for borrower outreach, evaluation, or the time permitted for borrower response

An acknowledgement of your inquiry will be made within 5 business days of receipt. Your issue will be evaluated per the terms of the Fannie Mae Servicing Guide and a response issued within 30 business days. An additional 15-day extension is permitted as long as the customer is notified.
