My name is Vince O’Brien. I attended DeSmet Jesuit High School and went on to graduate from the University of Missouri of St. Louis. I majored in business and accounting. I earned my CPA and received my certificate on March 17th, 1981.
It was a good St. Paddy’s day.
I started my mortgage origination career in late 1981 with a very reputable national mortgage company and managed the origination staffs of the offices in four mid-western states.  
I choose to work for Heartland Mortgage not only for their very competitive mortgage programs and low closing but more importantly our President’s mandate to be upfront and honest with our clients at all times. A simple yet, often overlooked philosophy in today’s competitive mortgage industry.
